Collaborative artists
We consider Collaborative artists to be a pair of artists who work together and sell products under a common studio or company name. (One submission required.)
Shared Booth
If you are sharing a booth each artist must submit the form. (Two or more submissions required.)
Please pick one name to be the primary registrant.
Example: Betty, Joe, and Alice want a shared booth. They select among themselves who is the primary registrant and choose Alice.
On the forms Betty and Joe both fill in requested information and put Alice as the primary registrant.
In the Requests / Comments section please let us know if we should invoice each artist separately or only the primary registrant.

After you submit the form.You will receive three (3) emails. A confirmation email, an invoice email with payment instructions and an image upload instructions email. In most cases the confirmation email will arrive in 24 to 48 hours. Please check your spam folder if you have not received the confirmation email then feel free to contact us.
