EXHIBITORS AGREEMENT:
I hereby apply to exhibit in the Beachcombers Fine Arts Show, July 28 and 29, 2012 and submit the required application materials. My application or previous exhibition in the show does not guarantee me a booth space. I agree to abide by the established rules which I have carefully read and which are a part of this contract. I hereby release the Harlingen Art Forum and the South Padre Island Convention Centre from all claims, demands, damages, actions, debts, liabilities and causes of action of every nature which the undersigned might have against the above for any reason, damage, loss, theft, or injury, either to person, property or both, resulting from the entry by the signee. My application is a commitment to participate in the event, and that I or my representative will be present at all times during the open hours of the Show.
I grant the Harlingen Art Forum / Beachcombers Fine Art Show a limited nonexclusive licence to use my images supplied for promotional use.
Only original work or signed reproductions of original works in the following categories:
Painting:
Watercolor, oil, acrylic, paper collage;
Mixed media:
Following accepted standards of the arts community;
Pastel and Drawing;
Pastels, including Oil Pastels, Dry Pastels, Charcoal, Pencil, Conte, Sanguine- one of kind;
Sculpture:
Metal , stone, wood, jewelry cast or sculpted - one of kind;
Ceramics:
Wheel thrown or hand built - one of a kind, No Slip Cast allowed;
Glass:
Hot glass, Warm glass, Stained glass, Etched glass - one of a kind;
Photography:
Photographic prints made from original negatives processed by the artist or under the artist’s supervision.
Fiber and mixed media:
Weaving, collage –using found objects, cloth, etc. Paper hand formed or sculpted or cast as one of a kind;
Printmaking:
Etchings, mono-prints, woodblock,etc. individualy numbered and signed;
Digital and computer enhanced art:
Prints made from original images taken or created by the artist and manipulated by the artist or under the artist's supervision;
All work at Beachcombers Fine Art Show may only be original work or signed reproductions of original work and the artist or their representative must be present at all times during the open hours of the Show.
